Q: I can not log in to my account, it only takes me back to the home page all the time!
A: This is a caching error. Try to clear your cache and then access the website again. to clear your cache if you are using Windows Explorer then click on "Tools" and then "Internet Options". you now get up a new window where one option is "Browsing History", click on "clear". Go back to www.wbwso.com and try to log in again.

Q: I can not remember my PIN code, what can I do?
A: Contact admin@wbwso.com and they will help you reset it.

Q: I have entered the wrong password a few times and now I can not access my account, what should I do?
A: Send an email to admin@wbwso.com and they will reactivate your account. You should get an automatic email sent to you about this when the account is locked. It contains a link to activate your account again. If you did not receive the email or the link failed to activate your account then you must contact support at admin@wbwso.com for help

Q: I have added funds with C-gold but I cant see it in my account, what should I do?
A: Send admin@wbwso.com an email about it and they will manually check the payment and add it to your account.

Q: I have added funds via Moneybookers but cant see it in my account yet, what should I do?
A; If you made the payment from your Moneybookers account to "payments@wbwso.com" then contact support at "admin@wbwso.com" and they will look in to it. If you never sent us the funds, then you need to do so first. We can not take funds from your Moneybookers account, you must send it to us.

Q: I have added my wife/friend to WBwso but the wrong upline is shown for her. I want her to be under me, what can I do?
A: Send us an email on admin@wbwso.com and we will be happy to help you with this.

Q: I use your calculator to see what my return would be, if I invest $100 I do not get it to be the full $90 000 in 3 years as you claim, please explain.
A; We use 1100 days to calculate the return when it is stated as 3 years. This is to give us a few more days as reserve when selling of all the websites in the package. This explains why thee is a small difference in the calculations.

Q: Can I withdraw early or partly form a WealthBuilder package after a while?
A: No you can not. WealthBuilder packages give the high return based on the knowledge that all the funds will be available to reinvest and no reserves has to be held for possible payouts during the term.

Q: When can I withdraw funds?
A: Any funds held in your account can be instantly withdrawn. Profits from WealthBuilder packages are placed in your account after the full term has lapsed. Flipsite packages pay out profits daily or weekly in to your account and they can then be withdrawn. Commissions from referrals are instantly available in your account and can be withdrawn at any time.

Q: I have requested a withdrawal, how long before I have it in my account?
A: All withdrawals are made with in 24 hours. Please note that during weekends and bank holidays no withdrawals are paid since we do not always have accounting staff working at this time. the 24 hours are based on normal business hours in the United Kingdom.

Q: How many members do you have and will this always be open for new members?
A: We plan to have around 5000 members. This is what we feel we can handle and support. Once we get closer to this amount we will close it down for new members unless they are referred by an existing member. This is to add more value for our members and build on our future relationship as we intent to keep on offering our members the very best opportunities online.

Q; I can not see any information about your packages and do not know what it will cost?
A: You need to create an account and log in to see all the info about the packages we currently offer our members and how they work. It is free to create an account and you do it by clicking on "Join" on the website.

Q: Is this Multi-level marketing (MLM)?
A: No, it is not. We have a referral system through which our members can make money if they wish, but there is no need to promote the program to earn money. This is just an extra opportunity that suits some and does not suit others.

Q: Is this a Pyramid or HYIP program?
A: No! It is nothing like that at all! We buy and sell websites and get paid from Google and eBay, along with several others. We just have a new system of maintaining them and making them grow. We make money from maintaining the sites and buying and selling them. That is our business.

Q: Why don’t you buy all the sites, why share it with the members?
A: There are billions and billions of web pages indexed by Google alone. We have a good system to buy many sites, but can never buy them all! We make more money if we have a share in more sites, which represents our business and your opportunity.

Q: Why not just own some sites, why sell them to members?
A: We do! We own parts of every package we offer. We never sell the full package and we always own a part of it! “Put your money where your mouth is” is an old saying by which we abide.

Q: Are you investment advisors or investment consultants?
A: No, we are not. Seek legal and financial advice somewhere else. We buy, sell, maintain and develop websites. You do not invest your money with us, you buy a share in a series of websites and they make money for you and the other owners. We only maintain them (even though we also own a share in the same series of websites).

Q: Do I get a list of which websites I partly own?
A: No, you do not. Competition is tough on the Internet. We search for website niches where there is low competition. If someone were to find out a complete series of the sites, they could easily compete with us and we would perhaps have a lower income for that series.

Q: Who is the registered owner of the websites?
A: To protect the sites, we set up a separate company for each pack of sites. This way, they do not all have the same owner listed or the same Adsense ID. Moreover, they are not on the same servers and cannot be linked to other sites operated by WBwso. It keeps competition away!

Q: Is there a capital limit for each package?
A: Yes, there is. We make sure that each package is built around a few themes or topics that go together well, so there is also a limit to how many good sites we can find within these topics at any given time. We close packages for new participants when they are full. Members of that package can, of course, track their investments all the time even if the package is closed for new members.

Q: Is there a guarantee for my money?
A: No, there is not. You are buying a commercial website, or rather a share in many commercial websites, and it could happen that they all at the same time get the most successful competition ever and start losing their income. This is highly unlikely to happen, however. The reason why we want many websites in one pack is so that if one or a few sites fail to perform as planned, then there are still hundreds of others that do and the lost income is already accounted for.

Q: How can you make the money grow so fast and so much in the 3 to 5 year plans?
A: Not only do we buy the right sites, we also get more financing to buy some sites. It happens that the money that is put into one package is actually only there to cover deposits to buy a very large package of websites. This is the case when we find the perfect pack of sites and can buy them at the price of the equivalent of around 12 months of income. We then pay off the sites in full over a period of 24 to 36 months, due to the financing that we have. The income from the sites can then be used to buy even more sites and make the income in the package grow at the speed of light!

Q: Can I pull out at any time and get my money and interest back?
A: Yes, you can, given that the package you have purchased a share in is ready, meaning that the full time frame has passed, or if it is a package that allows early withdrawal. We offer both types of packages, and, of course, the ones in which the money is locked down for a certain amount of time are the ones that yield the best return.

Q: What does “flipping a website” mean?
A: Flipping is when we buy a website and quickly redo it so that its income increases and then sell it as soon as possible.

Q: What is “Wealth Builder”?
A: These are our three to five-year long-term packages in which all of the income is used to buy more websites on a daily basis. This creates an extremely high return on the initial capital in a very safe way, since the longer the package runs, the more websites there are over which the risks are spread. Moreover, the individual value of each and every website is also higher, since all the websites “age” during lifespan of the packages.

Q: How many people does WBwso employ to do all this?
A: Actually, there are less than 30 full-time employees at WBwso. We do, however, have many contractors who get paid to do a certain task, mainly creating/writing articles for websites. We also hire people for projects related to SEO (search engine optimization), programming, design, maintenance and other work.
